We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
- A competitive hourly rate of £17.50.
