Job Title: Registered Nurse (Complex Care)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (Adult) with experience in Complex Care to join our client's nursing team.

About the Role:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with complex medical conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and document patient progress and respond to any changes in their condition.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their care and treatment plans.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards and maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements:
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification with current registration as an Adult Nurse.
  • Active UK NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience in complex care settings, including experience with tracheostomy care, ventilation, and other complex medical interventions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
