About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Referral Unit Advisor to join our team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will work in the Referral Unit within the east Kent locality, providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Referral Unit, ensuring seamless communication with Acute Trusts, GPs, and patients in the community.
  • Engage with patients and their families to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible working pattern that includes 1 weekend in 4 and 1 late shift a week. The rota is produced 3 months in advance, providing you with plenty of notice for your shifts.
