Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration assistant to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position that requires proficiency in various administrative tasks and strong organizational skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with computerized systems for record keeping and data management
