We are currently recruiting on behalf of our prestigious clients for a full-time temporary receptionist, with immediate start to join part of a busy team. Due to the nature of this role we are seeking an employee who has great initiative and provides excellentcustomer service.

This role is based in Livingston, with set core office hours Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -- All incoming calls must be answered promptly and routed in a professional manner
- Welcoming any clients/visitors to the office
- Liaise with various departments
- Support and receive inbound deliveries
- Assist with HR Admin such as filing, scanning
- Impeccable telephone skills
- Excellent computer literacy skills including Ms office.
- Ability to use own initiative, take ownership and work with limited supervision.
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Confidence to work in a corporate environment
- Understand the importance of confidentiality
