We are recruiting for an Office Administrator for our office in Livingston. This is a modern apprenticeship and will require you to complete a SVQ in Business Adminisration.

**Role Overview**
You will be first point of contact for administrative support, meeting and greeting, booking meeting rooms, preparing meeting rooms, liaising with reception.

You will also be;
- Typing up letters/doing post/mail merge etc
- Transferring survey data internally (copying survey information into G drive folders for departments that need to see it i.e. electrical. GHG, Leeds office etc)
- Scanning survey paperwork into system
- Photocopying paperwork
- Preparing survey paperwork

**Essential skills required**:

- GCSE’s (or Equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- MS packages to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
