Livingston Autocentre requires a Workshop Admin Assistant to join our team based in Livingston, West Lothian.

Duties will include, but not limited to:
Carrying out the day to day admin of the workshop office.

Liasing with customers, warranty companies and suppliers.

Booking in jobs, preparing job cards and ordering parts.

Keeping records up to date, inputting data and using various systems.

Other office related tasks including cleaning the office/reception area on a daily/weekly basis.

Hours are Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm

Salary dependent on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
