About the role
We have an excellent opportunity to join a team of Resourcing Coordinators on a permanent basis.

Initially resourcing, and working alongside our Distribution and Fulfilment Centres across the UK and expanding to other channels within our business.

Based in one of our Daventry Distribution Centres, you'll be working as part of a wider UK resourcing team that provides support across all of our channels.

You will be responsible for
- Being the first point of contact for the hiring managers supporting with recruitment
- Accuracy of all vacancy data on our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Ensuring that the resourcing process adheres to legislative policy and processes
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
- Setting up bespoke job templates
- Internal endorsement issues
- Ensure hiring processes are followed

You will need
- Strong attention for detail
- Ability to proactively solve problems quickly and efficiently
- The ability to be resilient in a fast paced ever changing environment
- Knowledge of the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) - TribePad
- Be able to work on your own, as well as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise
- Great communication and people skills
- Knowledge of the different types of Channels environment
