Office Administrator/personal Assistant

JOB PURPOSE
An opportunity has arisen for an Office Admin Assistant to join our Captain Fawcett team. We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. The Office Admin Assistant will be responsible for ensuring all web and wholesale orders are uploaded and delivered efficiently and accurately to department stores, barbershops, lifestyle stores and international distributors. They will work closely with the shipping and sales team, and will not be afraid to be hands-on.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide an effective administration service to ensure the efficient running of the office and outstanding customer service
- Process and oversee web orders
- First point of contact for web and independent wholesale customers
- Ensure customer retention and build rapport with existing and new customers
- Assist all members of the office with their daily tasks
- Maintain stationery and essential office stock
- Undertake any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time
- Keep existing office logs up to date
- Basic filing
- Implement and maintain online filing systems
- Input new customer information in CRM system
- Build rapport with wholesale customers and up-sell wherever possible to encourage business growth
- Ensure all orders are entered onto the system and delivery dates are communicated to production / warehouse
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum one years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work within a team environment and build effective working relationships with colleagues
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Excel
- Committed and hard-working with a can-do attitude
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
