Accounts Administrator

We are a long established Plumbing, Heating and Electrical company who are seeking to recruit an accounts administrator.
Our offices are based in Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.
You will be expected to undertake tasks relating to the preparation and maintenance of the financial records.
Duties to include:
- Posting of GRNS / delivery notes to bespoke accounts software
- Posting of supplier invoices to bespoke accounts software
- Processing debit / credit card transactions
- Entering petty cash transactions
- Spreadsheets
- Filing
- Photocopying
- General office administration
- Answering telephone calls
- IT skills essential
- Experience of working accurately and effectively with mínimal supervision
- Experience of working under pressure
This role would suit an individual who is conscientious, a reliable team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Both full time and part time applicants are being considered for this role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £12,500.00-£21,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
