Enfield, United Kingdom Anglo Aquatic Plant Full time

The role includes but is not limited to:

- Printing internet picking lists
- Shipping internet orders and calculating number of boxes on each
- Uploading and processing Garden Centre orders to the system
- Updating the availability list using Excel and our bespoke system
- Invoicing sales orders after checking they are correct and updating if required
- Ordering of material to make oxygenating bunches (a type of plant)
- Updating trolly counts onto the system
- Inducting new seasonal workers (checking documents, showing how clocking system works, show them basics and ensure they know who to report to)

We require a highly accurate individual who will pay good attention to detail while working at a good pace as there is a lot to do. As you can see from above it is a varied role.

Ability to answer the phone professionally and politely and deal with queries would be an advantage but not essential. An expert ability with excel would be a strong advantage but not essential.

We are a specialist nursery growing aquatic plants to sell to Garden Centres, Landscapers and Internet companies.We pride ourselves on supplying the highest quality plants and best service across the UK. We are a small business so it is important to be flexible generally be quick and accurate with computers. Hours: Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm but on busy days the option to stay a little later would be an advantage.
