**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments for managers or supervisors
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of important information
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Provide general support to visitors

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong clerical skills with the ability to perform general office tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills
- Typing speed and accuracy is required
- Familiarity with computerized systems such as SAGE is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Proven experience in administrative roles
