**Contract term**:Permanent

We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator with a positive and proactive approach, duties will include being the first point of contact for the Academy On Call team, overseeing academy MIS behaviour systems and contributing to the efficient operation of administrative support.

You will join the administrative team of 10 staff led by the Operations Manager The team is enthusiastic, flexible and determined to ensure that the academy runs smoothly. They have a strong, mutually supportive team ethos and regularly share ideas. The team is based in the administrative offices at the front of the Academy.

**Responsibilities**:

- The ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
- Assist with various tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Provide support to different departments within the organization
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Help with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Assist with basic research and data collection
- Support in preparing documents, reports, and presentations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
