GSL is Looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant in Enfield

Are you passionate about supporting students and managing challenging behaviour? GSL Education is excited to offer an opportunity for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team in Enfield, with a daily rate of £85 to £100.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the class teacher in managing and improving student behaviour.
  • Providing one-on-one support to students with behavioural needs.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Collaborating with other staff to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Behaviour Support Assistant is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
