About the Role

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Teach360. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with challenging behaviour to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students in classrooms to create a positive learning environment
  • Work alongside other staff members, including Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, and Pastoral Support workers, to provide comprehensive support
  • Deliver 1:1 direct interventions and support within the classroom to promote student success
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and other staff to provide the best learning environment for students
  • Monitor and evaluate pupils' responses regarding their learning and in interventions activities through observation
  • Promote inclusion of all pupils within the classroom
