We are seeking a Behavioural Support Specialist to provide expert guidance and support to a young child in KS2.

  • Collaborate with a key student with ASD to develop effective strategies for managing behaviour.
  • Deliver targeted mentoring to hard to reach/disengaged young people, promoting positive relationships and outcomes.
  • Gain valuable experience in a school setting, working with students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Behavioural Support Specialist to leverage their previous experience and knowledge from their Psychology degree, driving positive change and growth.

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology or a Psychology-related subject.
  • Proven experience and passion for working with children with behavioural needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, patience, and resilience.
