Pastoral and Behaviour Mentor Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students facing barriers to learning, particularly in behaviour and attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a behaviour facility and develop intervention strategies to promote positive behaviour management.
- Collaborate with school staff to implement behaviour plans and respond to incidents.
- Work one-on-one with students to help them achieve their goals and remove barriers to learning.
- Partner with staff and external agencies to engage families and maintain accurate records for proactive intervention.
Requirements:
- Appropriate qualifications and training for the role.
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
