We are now offering an opportunity to join our successful Customer Services team, this enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional team provides help and assistance on a wide range of key services offered by the Council including (but not limited to):

- Council Tax and Benefits;
- Housing (Social and Private);
- Property Maintenance;
- Environmental Health;
- Refuse and Street cleaning;
- Planning Applications; and
- Neighborhood and Community Engagement.

**Who are we looking for?**

The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:

- first class communication, influencing and organisational skills.
- experience in a customer-facing environment.
- excellent IT skills; and
- a calm and confident approach in a challenging, customer driven environment.
