We are an ambitious and energetic company who are recruiting due to sustained growth. We are Europe’s largest importer, wholesaler and retailer of flags, buntings and sports merchandise. We trade mostly through our various websites.

About the role
With our rapid growth, we are now looking for an enthusiastic, confident and personable individual who is keen to learn to join our small team, to help us continue to lead and innovate in the flag market, while providing excellent customer service and support in lead conversion.
This is an office based role in Heron Cross, Stoke on trent.

Key duties to include:
Supporting the sales and admin team in the following tasks:

- Supporting all internal office administration;
- Invoicing, booking in deliveries
- Social media marketing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok etc.
- Other general marketing activities.
- SEO and website admin on our various websites
- Updating internal systems;
- Helping coordinate customer communication and visits;
- Progressing orders through internal systems;
- Answering calls and providing excellent customer service;
- Providing logístical support;
- Liaising with our Accounts team to review and monitor invoices;
- Being a point of contact to our internal team, responding to queries and ensuring quality is prioritised throughout all internal processes.

About you:

- You probably don’t know anything about flags (don’t worry
- we can teach you)
- Must have: Positive attitude and energy
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes essential
- Ideally you have some administration experience but not essential
- Good level of accuracy;
- A nice level of confidence but the skill to remain humble;
- Self-motivated and happy to work independently;
- Driving license helpful;
- You are credible and able to install confidence;
- Personable, calm and willing to listen and challenge

Skills/experience which would be an advantage (but not essential):

- An interest or experience in ecommerce
- An interest or experience in graphic design
- An interest or experience in marketing
- Clerical experience
- Competency in maths

**Qualifications required**
- GCSE above C or equivalent in Maths and English

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

**Weekly Hours Worked**:35 hours per week

**Salary**: £5.00 - £6.00 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
