Trainee Recruitment Consultant
 
Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our Stoke Office.
 
Within this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for;
 
  • Attracting, interviewing and placing candidates for the Cheshire area
  • Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services, this will be covering Cheshire
  • Selling process by providing the right candidates to our clients at the right time
  • Maintaining strong relationships in the market, this will be covering Cheshire
  • Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
 
Requirements for this Recruitment Consultant role;
 
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyse information
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential.
  • You will be juggling several roles at any one time, so organisation is key.
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • A drive, tenacity and real customer focus
 
You will be given Full Training on this role; this will include multiple courses and shadowing for the first couple of months.

Location: Stoke on Trent
Salary: £23,500 P/A + uncapped commission
Duration: Permanent
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00
