TPP is working with an **ambitious, dynamic, and growing awarding organisation, committed to widening participation for all**, to appoint a **Quality Officer**.

This is a **full time** (35 hrs per week), **permanent position**, working **fully remotely**, with occasional office visits (Essex) for whole staff team days - usually once every quarter.

**Benefits - Quality Officer**:

**About the role - Quality Officer**:
You will be required to
**provide support to the quality assurance and review processes relating to the centre monitoring and validity of the organisation's Access to Higher Education provision**.

**Key responsibilities - Quality Officer**:

- Support with the development, implementation and monitoring of quality assurance processes and procedures relating to qualification validity.
- Liaise with the wider quality assurance team to co-ordinate timely centre monitoring activity and reporting of actions and outcomes.
- Prepare reports on the outcomes of the quality assurance processes, including risk assessments, centre engagement reports and any agreed actions.
- Maintain accurate records of the end-to-end quality assurance processes to ensure standards are being consistently applied in line with expectations.
- Plan and co-ordinate standardisation activities/events, collating samples of learner evidence to support standardisation activities, reporting key findings and distributing outcomes.
- Act as a key point of contact for Access to HE centres, ensuring they receive suitable guidance and support.
- Analyse data and produce reports as required.

- An ability to work systematically, without close supervision, using time efficiently, evaluating priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in both own and cross functional teams
- Confident using varied IT systems
- Able to enjoy the challenge of a varied and unpredictable workload.
- Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work.
