**About The Role**:
**BREWDOG ARE ON THE HUNT FOR AN HR CO-ORDINATOR**

**We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times. And now, we’re looking for an HR Co-ordinator to join our team.**

This is a brand new, unique role, set within the heart of our largest BrewDog bar. You'll support the Management Team in creating one of the most engaged and inspired teams out there in the hospitality industry. By creating and delivering exciting people plans across all departments of the bar you'll be an integral piece to the site achieving it's Top 5s/goals.

Clearly this list is not exhaustive but here's a flavour of what's to come...
- Be the main point of contact for and assist with all internal HR related enquiries.
- Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure that the correct roles are advertised driving the very best talent into our interview processes whilst delivering excellent applicant experiences.
- Conduct interviews and providing department heads a shortlist of the very best external talent as part of a streamlined and smooth recruitment process.
- Arrange and deliver site inductions for new crew members.
- Monitor and drive training completion across the business.
- Understand any site-specific training requirements and work with the Head of Training centrally to create new programmes for both in person and online learning.
- Maintain and update digital and physical employee records.
- Always look for ways to clearly communicate business goals to help drive an engaged workforce.
- Support with the management team’s administration and organisation to ensure that the team is working in the most effective and efficient way possible.
- Ensure that recognition and reward is at the heart of business to drive positive behaviours that align to our Workplace Code.

Based out of our incredible Waterloo bar for the majority of the week but there is the flexibility in this role for you to work away from the bar one or possibly two days a week depending on your schedule.
