Salon Equipment Centre Ltd - Family run business, Supplying furniture and equipment to Hair and Beauty Salons & Barber Shops furniture across the UK since 1993.
Our showroom and office is based in Lutterworth.
**Job Role**
Offering guidance and advice on our products
Raising customer invoices using SAGE (full training will be given)
Processing Online orders
Creating and following up customer quotations.
Undertaking ad-hoc administrative duties to help with the needs of the business.
We are looking for someone with a friendly, can-do attitude who can present themselves well whilst serving customers in the showroom - confidence and personality are essential. In most cases, you will be the first point of contact for any customer with our business - so the right telephone manner and interpersonal skills are essential to leave a good impression on our customers.
The right person will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work as part of a team and also by themselves.
Salary is dependent on skills and experience. Working Hours are 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
**_Full training on the company and the products will be given, no previous experience in the industry is required._**
**Desirable Skills**:
Previous sales and/or office administration experience.
Experience of talking to and dealing with customers.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise a varied workload to meet operational demands.
A flexible, team player who is willing to undertake additional tasks and sometimes assist in other areas, in order to meet customer requirements.
A willingness to learn about the business, our current products and any new products.
