Apprentices Sales Support Administrator

VOW Wholesale have an exciting new apprenticeship opportunity for 2 Internal Sales Admin/Support within our Lutterworth, Leicestershire, offices. We are looking for enthusiastic, driven and tenacious individuals to join our growing and successful teams, supporting our Sales Heads by providing exemplary sales and administrative support.
One position will focus on providing outstanding sales and administrative support, with elements of customer liaison involved. The other position will be a key admin role, focused on core administrative functions and will demonstrate a key understanding of relevant IT skills.
**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Identifying and implementing product category development and gap analysis to help retain and grow account profitability.
- Updating target market and tracking performance via appropriate sales tools (CRM).
- Managing time effectively and efficiently, whilst working towards efficiency improvements.
- Creating an “ownership mindset” that challenges the status quo (constructively).
- Maximising sales through administration tasks (Inputting orders/orders/coding/marketing).
- Identifying and feeding in improvements in processes / practices to support VOW and Customer.
- Working closely and liaising with the sales team on a daily basis, communicating effectively.
- Providing general admin support to the sales and telesales teams as required.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
- Pro-actively supporting other team members when required and taking advice and feedback openly.
- Proactively participating in achievement of individual team goals/targets.
- Demonstrating high levels of awareness and understanding of the market and wider industry.
- Ensuring the highest level of customer experience.
- Exhibiting regular interaction with Sales & Service management, Internal and External Sales teams to keep abreast of Customer, Sales & Service trends / changes.
- Building and maintaining strong inter-departmental relationships and displaying a good understanding of commercial and operational policies, processes and procedures.
- Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel
