We are looking to recruit a full-time Administration Assistant to help with key aspects of Office Administration within a small friendly team as part of a busy family run business. Tasks and responsibilities include:

- Create job cards for customers
- Chase customer orders
- Raise sales invoices
- Resolve customer invoice queries
- Raise supplier purchase orders
- Update and monitor purchase order control
- Update engineers schedules
- Convert quotes to jobs / create jobs in management software
- Deal with deliveries and delivery notes
- General Office Duties including answering phone calls
