**Contact Centre Agent (£22,500 + bonus)**
LTK Consultants Ltd is a Birmingham based leading Automotive Consultancy working with top brands such as Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Vauxhall, and Fiat. Our contact centre is the foundation of our company focusing on customer care, whether that be Parts, Service, Accident Repair or Vehicle Sales.
We have a strong reputation for providing outstanding customer service and we are looking to expand our team within our branch located in the Birmingham Business Park. We are looking for team members who are self-motivated, enthusiastic, and likeminded to join us.
**Responsibilities**:
- To be the first point of contact for inbound calls
- Provide outstanding customer service solutions to all customers
- Outbound calls to customers focusing on booking their upcoming services and MOT’s
- Upsell additional client products to all customers
- Establish the customers’ needs by building a rapport and qualifying the customers’ requirements.
- Use of the CRM and booking systems to build an accurate profile of the customer which will enable the dealership to progress the enquiry
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets.
- This role will consist of a mixture of inbound and outbound calls, on average this will total around 120 calls per day
**Skills and Requirements**:
- Previous customer service experience will be essential for this role
- Be a target driven individual
- You will need good literacy skills and a professional phone manner
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates well with other teams, to provide a positive customer experience.
**Hours and Shifts**:
(40 Hours per week)
Opening hours:
Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm/8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday (1 in 4) 8:00am - 1:00pm
