We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing people with a positive confident attitude, excellent communication skills and exceptional phone manner to work in our Contact Centre, located at the NEC. You will play an important role, selling tickets, handling customer enquiries, and keeping our customers happy. You will be expected to provide a quality front line service, handling customer bookings and helping to resolve enquiries over the phone.

Experience of working in a customer services environment, either face to face or in a busy contact centre. Effective communication and diplomacy skills. Knowledge and experience of ticketing and cloud based customer contact systems and Microsoft 365. Flexible with your availability. A positive can-do attitude.

Our Contact Centre is the hub of our modern and comfortable offices at The NEC and provides a customer focused booking service 7 days a week. Our Customer Advisors will work annualised hours on a flexible rota covering shifts between 08:45am - 19:00pm, including weekends. They also cover Box Office/kiosk duties at events and on concert nights.
