**Office Administrator**
The Office Administrator position is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and bookkeeping of the office. This position will support the day-to-day operations of the office, including clerical duties, answering phones, and providing general administrative support to the team. This position will also be responsible for maintaining the office and filing system, ensuring that paperwork is processed appropriately, and assisting in general office duties as assigned.
**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Answering phones in a professional manner to ensure company's reputation is maintained.
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with all employees and management.
- Working with Directors to ensure company invoices paid on a regular basis.
- Working with Finance to ensure company payroll taxes are paid on a regular basis.
- Working with Sales to ensure all orders are placed in timely manner and that sales goals are met on a regular basis.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to write professional memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks required for each role.
- Ability to multi-task between projects and departmental responsibilities.
- Book keeping software - can be agreed at time of interview
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in various situations.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-16 per week
**Salary**: £17,907.00-£19,223.00 per year
