**Office Administrator - full time permanent position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including mailshots to property agents.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of regularly scheduled reports, spreadsheets and letters.
- Assist in organisation of company events and meetings, including co-ordinating logistics.
- Welcome visitors to the Companay providing hospitality.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Provide administrative support where required to all departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Take ownership of tasks and see through to completion.
- Occasional travel (local)

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clean driving licence
- Be pro-active and embrace new challenges
