Based on the Southside of Glasgow this well respected and long-standing business is looking to add an experienced Office Administrator to the team. You will have a background in office administration, be proficient in using MS Office and SAGE experience would be beneficial.

**Responsibilities Include**:
Handling bookkeeping, budgeting and billing cycles for the business (SAGE experience beneficial)

Organising meetings and scheduling appointments where required

Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal

Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests

Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
