Our client is recruiting for a Junior Business Administrator Apprentice to join their team inCB7, Cambridgeshire.
The Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship programme that we are offering, will allow you to kick-start your career in an industry that is constantly evolving, dynamic and transformational.

13 - 15 month plus EPA
**Location**:
Ely, CB7, Cambridgeshire
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.30pm
**Salary**:
£16,000 pa
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Answering calls
- Creating support tickets
- Customer calls backs
- Scanning
- Filing
- Data Input
- Sorting post
- 1st port of call for all incoming calls
- Raising support tickets and liaising with client/engineering team plus managing that ticket until its conclusion
- Customer care calls with clients alerting them when new agreements (lines/support/licenses/connectivity) need to be actioned
- Actioning those agreements and managing the process (create/send/chase)
- Assisting raising additional orders
- Assisting with project management
- Conducing Broadband/Ethernet checks
**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:
- Driving Licence - **Mandatory**:
- Previous office experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Ability to speak clearly and confidently over the phone to customers and remain patient and helpful
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
