Working for a local business based close to Ely our client is recruiting for an office administrator to join the team on an immediate basis. Within this role you will be responsible for carrying out administrative tasks to support the team. As part of this role you will also support the accounts department with some tasks and you will play a key part in contributing to the ongoing growth of this organisation.
**Duties will include**:
- Supporting the accounts team with invoicing
- Working on spreadsheets
- Looking after stationery and ordering when required
- Data entry
- Preparing reports and presentations
- General ad hoc administration support for the business
**Experience/skills required**:
- Experience of working as an administrator in a similar role
- Working knowledge of all office packages
- Highly organised
- Excellent attention to detail
**Hours of work**:
Monday - Thursday - 08.00 - 16.30
Friday 08.00 - 14.00
**Benefits**:
Onsite parking, pension scheme

**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
