Position: ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Administrator to join our team based in Ely, Cambridgeshire. Responsible for providing administrative support to the team and actively managing the data system content.
**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Aid Warehouse Manager and Administrator in the smooth and efficient running of the Warehouse and Office
- Ensures all goods are clearly identified using the correct procedures
- Taking care of Health and Safety regulations in warehouse, with materials and vehicles
- Booking items in and ensure they are handled and stored safely and securely
- Assist with all administration and documentation as required
- Ensures company training techniques, policies and procedures are adhered to with regards to manual handling, Health and Safety, Kinetic lifting, Packing and loading
- Maintain good housekeep standards across the warehouse and office space
- Assist with managing the stock system; creating records/codes on the stock system

**Experience & Qualifications**:
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills - **Essential**:
- Strong Administration experience: data entry, problem solving & attention to detail - **Essential**:
- Previous warehouse and warehouse administration experience - **Desirable**:
- Full UK drivers’ licence (due to location)
