We are looking to recruit a Part - Time Accounts Assistant to be based in our offices on the outskirts of Hitchin, Hertfordshire.

We are looking for someone with an excellent eye for detail and the ability to look at the bigger picture, previous experience of SAGE software, a great communicator with the ability to work with a dispersed management team.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Card posting over several statements, including liaising with card holders to obtain receipts
Sales Invoicing across 4 companies
Light Credit Control across 3 companies
Purchase ledger posting across 3 smaller companies
Support Purchase Ledger Posting on larger company, helping with payment run
Collation of supplier payment run across 3 smaller companies
Bank reconciliations
Cover for Accounts inbox
Potential for some reporting of smaller Maydencroft companies
Ad hoc support to FM and FD
Assisting with the implantation of new systems and processes

Essential Experience

**Part Qualified or Qualified AAT or Bookkeeping.**
Significant Previous Accounts Assistant experience
Strong communication and administrative skills
Ability to work as part of a small team, supporting a much larger company

Working in the grounds of a beautiful country manor and farm, due to its location, **all applicants must be a car driver and have access to transport.**
**Working 3 days per week with the option after successful probation period and training to work a maximum of 1 out of 3 days remotely / from home. School hours also considered.
