**Accounts Assistant (Billing)**

**Salary - up to £24,500 per annum depending on experience**

**Location: Hitchin with 2 days remote working**

T2M Resourcing are recruiting an Accounts Assistant (Billing) for a successful and growing business services company.

**As Accounts Assistant (Billing) main responsibilities will include;**
- Creating Invoices/Credits from all billing platforms (Sage 50, Connectwise, SAP BYD, Xero)
- Check all Invoices/Credits are correctly coded, correct billing details and correct product information prior to posting to the ledger and sending out to the customer
- Check all invoicing is in accordance to VAT and local statutory regulations
- Create Invoices to Customers for Domain Name Renewals and chase for a Purchase Order
- Request Purchase Order Numbers from customers for Photocopy Charges related Invoices and other non Carrier Services invoices
- Post all Invoices/Credits to the Sales Ledger
- Work with internal departments/individuals relating to customer billing queries
- Assist Credit Controller to add new customers to all billing platforms
- Send out Invoices/Credits to customers
- Upload invoices to customer portals
- Complete the Deferred Income report monthly
- Assist with Customer queries relating to Invoices/Credits

**Key Skills / Qualifications required for this Accounts Assistant (Billing) role**:

- Proven experience within a similar Finance/ Accounts/ Billing role
- Ideally with an AAT qualification or studying towards AAT qualifications.
- Accomplished in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Attentive to detail
- A good business understanding.
- Proven time management skills
- Capable as a collaborative team-worker and to work independently.
