Job Title: Block Management Accounts Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
Process financial transactions including budgets, rent payments, service charges, and supplier invoices.

Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records for assigned property portfolios.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for property owners and management.

Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for property maintenance and operational expenses.

Coordinate with property managers and external stakeholders to resolve financial inquiries and discrepancies.

Monitor arrears and take appropriate actions to recover outstanding debts in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.

Liaise with property owners, tenants, and suppliers to ensure timely payment and resolution of financial issues.

Assist in the preparation of annual service charge budgets and assist with budget forecasting.

Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and responding to client inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in property management accounting or similar role preferred.

Proficiency in accounting software (Blockman, CFP or another block management CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Knowledge of property management regulations and legislation is a plus.

Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, IRPM) is advantageous but not required.
