As a Call Center Operator, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns. **Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell additional products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle high call volumes
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £23,652.28 per year
