**Job Description**:
This role is an interesting and varied customer service opportunity working for a well-known Bank.
There are a variety of Call Centre Agent roles on offer including claims handler, credit cards, home and motor insurance on a permanent basis with intake dates throughout the year.
The call centre is open every day from 8am to 8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-5pm Saturday-Sunday with a 6-week shift-based rota of 36 hours per week.
Hybrid working is available following the successful completion of training, induction and competency in the role.

**Job Role**

The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service to each and every customer, ensuring their queries are resolved within an efficient and precise manner, with a fair customer outcome at the heart of everything you do. Tasks include (but not limited to):

- Making decisions and offering solutions- Dealing with general enquiries and supporting customers- Liaising and building effective relationships- Communicating with customers through various channels- Resolving customer queries- Educating customers on the full range of products and services**Required Skills and Experience**
