**Provide end to end support in meeting our clients expectations and dealing with Shareholder requests.**
Link Group works in partnership internationally with almost 7,000 clients including asset managers and investors, business managers, asset owners, trustees, issuers and borrowers. We provide the infrastructure through which assets are secured or deployed in both regulated and unregulated markets.

We offer industry-leading shareholder services through Link Market Services to a wide range of corporates, issuers and business managers. We are the largest UK share registrar providing services to more than 1,300 companies large and small across the UK.

We administer share plans for over 200 clients and have worked on more than 50% of UK IPOs since 2005. Our unique place in the market, combined with our partnership and relationship management approach, enables us to play a vital role in connecting issuers with 5 million shareholders around the world.

As an **Technical **Administrator **you will deal with numerous shareholder, Relationship Manager requests, reporting to a Supervisor of our Dissentient / technical team.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Ensure administration is processed to internal and external service standards
- Carry out tracing and mailing exercises for Dissentient registers, which result in monies being paid into court
- Be actively involved in reunification project carried out on behalf of Operations
- Carry out forfeiture of monies for clients on a regular and ad hoc basis
- Carry out tax returns for Dissentient registers, reportable to HMRC
- Ensure full compliance with internal and external procedures and appropriate regulations FCA regulations including the Companies Act (2006)
- Vetting and scrutinising with a high level of accuracy claim forms to limit the possibility of Fraud
- Accurately arranging for claim proceeds cheques to be issued to dissenting shareholders using the appropriate company systems.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with other departments enabling completion of tasks and queries.
- Flexibility in line with team and business demands
