The Talent crowd are working with an award-winning Legal business in Leeds, they are seeking hard working Technical Administration Assistant to join their busy remortgage team, you will be required to work on all business cases with excellent attentionto detail, the only experience required is one year within an administration role as full training is provided.
As a Technical Administration Assistant you will:

- Carry out title investigations for remortgage cases
- Liaise with the land registry to resolve queries.
- Draft and send client care letters and technical documents
- liaising with the HMRC where required
- Chasing and requesting any items from third parties
- Dealing with any queries
- Conducting searches
- processing payments
- Provide additional support to fee earners and caseworkers
The successful Technical Assistant will:

- Have at least one years Administration experience
- Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
