**HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?**

The Technical Administrator will be responsible for administration tasks within the Technology department. You will also be expected to complete information security questionnaires from SmartSearch’s clients and prospects. You will be able to lean on the technical resources within the department to build your own working knowledge of our systems and controls.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing warranty and insurance claims with vendors and insurance providers, ensuring that repairs are carried out within SLA.
- Completing security questionnaires from prospects and clients.
- Updating the security questionnaire knowledge base.
- Placing orders with suppliers on behalf of the technical teams.
- Keeping SharePoint assets and warranty items up to date following purchases and renewals.
- Documenting minutes and actions from Information Security Committee meetings and following these up as appropriate.
- Managing technical documentation ensuring that owners are reviewing within agreed timeframes.
- Collecting data to support the Information Security Committee.
- Production of KPIs (key performance indicators) to support the technical management team.
- Processing software and warranty renewals through vendors ensuring cover is maintained.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?**

- The ability to listen and communicate excellently at all levels within the business, both in writing and verbally.
- The ability to work well in a team but also have the initiative to work independently and proactively manage your own workload efficiently.
- Have a desire to gain and maintain an in-depth knowledge of SmartSearch’s Information Security Management System.
- Previous experience of Microsoft Sharepoint.

**Advantages**
