**Job description**
In this role you will be required to carry out a variety of work and deal with both operatives and subcontractors.
Duties of the role include:
- Responding to calls from customers reporting required works
- Detailing an accurate understanding of the work / repair required before passing the job to the operative.
- Utilising help desks and scheduling systems to ensure customers receive a timely service and updates. Meeting SLA’s and KPI’s.
- Placing orders with subcontractors
- Tracking progress of works from inception to completion. It is essential/desirable you have experience in a repairs & maintenance environment.
- Excellent customer service and a good telephone manner.
- Experience with working engineers diaries/scheduling day to day reactive repairs.
- Possess excellent communication skills/IT literate.
- Raising and sending approved quotes to clients.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Highly organised with a good attention to detail proactive and positive 'can do' attitude.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
