- Installation and Demo Scheduling
- Management of engineers diaries
- Processing of Yearly and Multi Year Service Contracts
- Arranging and Scheduling all Planned Maintenance Visits for all customer sites within Contract or Warranty period.
- Raising customer orders, both Inbound and Outbound and ensuring prompt delivery within customer expectations and invoicing
- Processing of Spare Part Returns
- Raising Purchase Orders
**Key Skills**:
- Strong telephone based customer service experience, with strong communication skills
- Ability to pick up technical knowledge (no previous knowledge or experience is required, full training on our products will be provided)
- Good problem solving/solution orientated skills/aptitude
- Confident/assertive/personable
