About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator to join our team at Wernick Group Limited. As a key member of our Internal Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, while ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and compile reports, analyse data, and support various sales administration tasks.
  • Input monetary amounts into spreadsheets or CRM systems for initial and ongoing projects.
  • Complete pre-qualification questionnaires by sourcing and utilising information from all Wernick Group departments and supporting documents from our intranet.
  • Liaise with departments, suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely quotations.
  • Run internal and customer reports, maintain accurate records, and help achieve sales objectives by supporting general operations.
  • Monitor and action shared email inboxes.
  • Stay updated with new products, features, and Group developments.
  • Assist with any other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong client and colleague relationship skills.
  • Ability to handle a busy workload and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a team and provide exceptional customer service.
