**Part Time Office Administrator**
- Mon-Fri - 20 hours per week
- Tristone UK Limited, Stockton-on-Tees
- _Probation Period: 3 Months_
- _Staring from hourly minimum wage_
- _Dependant on experience._
We're looking for an office assistant who can work 4 hours a day and is based locally. Working hours can be flexible as long as it is between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Assist Sales Administrator with general customer enquiries
- Assist with data input.
- Handle sample requests and manage parcel dispatch
- Office document scanning, saving and archiving
- Receive incoming calls & take messages
- Ability to maintain quality service by following organisation standard.
**Essential Skills**:
- Accurate record keeping
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new software (CRM software)
- Microsoft Excel - be able to work comfortably with formatting and formulas
- Microsoft Outlook
- Good professional manner on the phone
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
**Desired skills**:
- Quick learner and be able to carry out tasks efficiently

- Personal development and management oriented
- Integrity, honesty, and reliable.
- Willing to learn new skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work as a team
PREFERED:
- Previous Sales and/or Administration experience.
- We use a bespoke software for all our operating procedures. Full training will be given. However, previous knowledge of accounting software such as Sage 50 or QuickBooks is advantageous.
