**Responsibilities**:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in both physical and computerised filing systems
- Provide general clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
**Requirements**:
- Must have strong IT skills, especially Word and Excel
- Confident people person
- Excellent Telephone manner
**Benefits**:
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays

- 8am-5pm with 30 min lunch break
