General Office Services Assistant

Our client in the City of London requires a General Office Services Assistant to deliver an efficient service working across print, mail & facilities. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who has **exceptional customer service skills and can**
**work well using their own initiative.**
- Assisting with the production of high volume copying, digital print and scanning services
- Print finishing such as binding and folding
- Sort, digitise and distribute incoming and outgoing post
- Booking and arranging couriers as required
- Monitoring and ordering of stationery supplies
- Work within a client-facing work environment, where customer service is the highest priority
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard
**Ideally you will have**:
- Working knowledge of reprographics equipment/digital printing
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent communications skills and have a positive attitude
- PC literate - MS Office
- Accuracy and attention to detail
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
