YOUR ROLE
As a Property Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in the Sales journey by engaging and building relationships with our client database whilst promoting the benefits of our service. Your role is to educate both buyer and seller through the sale/purchase of their property.

What you’ll be doing:

- You’re a great communicator. You will communicate with your client database on a daily basis, working to increase leads and valuations.
- You’re all about the customer. You will liaise with vendors, providing professional guidance, updates and expertise throughout their journey.
- You’re a collaborator. You will work closely with the team around you to think of new ways to offer the best experience for our clients.
- You’re a confident negotiator. You will handle all offer negotiations on behalf of the vendors and buyers, whilst adhering with our professional membership standards.
- You’re target driven. You will work towards a set framework of monthly and quarterly targets, continuously adapting and seeking ways to improve.
- You’re a problem solver. Helping to find solutions to any issues or complaints that arise from your own portfolio of properties ensuring a successful resolution.
- You’re a team player. You’ll present yourself and Peter Heron Ltd in the best way to our clients your team and everyone else involved in the transaction.

You will work alongside an experienced team who will provide you with all the relevant tools and support to develop you into a successful Peter Heron Property Specialist.

You will have opportunities to build and expand your knowledge and skills right from day 1, the latest technology and in house systems, not to mention achievable targets, attractive guaranteed earnings and a super friendly working environment.

GOT SKILLS?
What are the top things you’ll bring to the role?
- Minimum of 3 years property sales experience working within an Estate Agency or associated industry as a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Branch Manager or similar.
- Proven success in a target driven environment
- The ability to engage and build effective working relationships over the phone
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate
