As a Workforce Clerk will be supporting the Workforce and Learning and Development Team with efficient and confidential administrative support.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Sending various letters such as DBS reminders, star award letters to staff and reminder letters for training.
- To collate training materials to support the Learning and Development Administrator.
- To assist the Wellbeing team with wellbeing initiatives.
- Downloading CCTV content.
- Sending and monitoring staff welfare letters.
- Sending various letters such as DBS reminders

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Secretarial and/or Administration experience
- 4 GCSE’s at grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
- Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Awareness and knowledge in following confidentiality and security
