As a multi-site Trust delivering both acute and community care, technology supports the delivery of safe, high-quality care 24 hours a day, in our hospitals, clinics and in community settings. Our growing team is made up of specialists in IT, infrastructure, clinical systems, change management, learning and clinical informatics.
- Provide administrative/secretarial support to the EPR management team and Executive support managers.
- Be responsible for prioritising work and ensuring adherence to appropriate deadlines.
- Use personal judgement to deal with day-to-day correspondence on behalf of the assigned senior staff.
- Organise and maintain diaries and make and reschedule appointments.
- Maintain an up-to-date filing and 'bring forward' system.
- Provide administrative support to boards and committees related to the EPR programme
- Work alongside programme and project managers to support the delivery of programme events
- Service meetings, including: 1. arranging venues and equipment

2. attending meetings and
3. Taking and transcribing accurate minutes of meetings in a timely fashion, ensuring that all follow-up action is taken, and action logs completed accordingly
4. Typing agendas and producing supporting documentation. Ensure directors are well prepared for meetings.
- Always maintain confidentiality in all matters.
